You and your whole crew did a beautiful job putting Humpty Dumpty together again. Our friends obviously tell us it is beautiful, but when we have building inspectors and appraisers praising the beauty and quality of workmanship, we know we have something truly special. The inspector also commented on what a pleasure it was to work with you as a contractor and how polite and professional your whole crew was. Having worked with a contractor in the past who had an adversarial relationship with the inspection department, I know how difficult it can ultimately be on the homeowner, so I appreciate that you took the time to develop trust with the inspector that in the end allowed me to move back home quicker. I also appreciate how trustworthy all your employees and subcontractors were. I never once worried about who was in my home or felt uncomfortable when I stopped by to see what was going on. I think you probably know how rare that is in construction to have workers that are totally respectful of you and your property. They all had such pride in their work and seemed genuinely concerned that I was happy with the results. You can tell them all that we are all thrilled and have and will recommend all of you to our friends and neighbors.

I would like preface this with the fact that I am not a fan of home remodeling, whether for want or repair. In my family’s case, it was repair. We needed the ceiling texture in our main living area and kitchen combination completely removed, repaired, replaced and painted. This, we had put off for years due to fear of inadequate contractors, the mess and simple, but anticipated inconvenience. No one could assuage my concerns until day one of the remodel with the Miller crew. From that point through completion, which came in on time by the way, it was a virtually painless process on a daily basis. After the very first hour I completely relaxed and realized we were in good hands. Each evening we were left with a functional kitchen, which amazed me. The lengths the men went to in order to allow us to function, were over and above the call of duty in our opinion, as they could have left all covers, tarps and plastic, in place each evening. They chose to remove them and to clean up, so that we could access what we needed, and then went to the trouble to repeat the process of covering and protecting the next morning. Each individual who worked in our home not only was polite and kind, but very communicative, knowledgeable and willing to answer any question we had. Their work was spotless and clean as it comes. They were also in good spirits and obviously enjoy their work. David, Alan and Rodney Miller have offered us a wealth of information, guidance and suggestions. Whether we should have known any or all of these things before, we did not and we have welcomed and absorbed this like a sponge. This is what we have been looking for in a contract for years and are thankful to have found, both in the Millers and their entire crew.
